Thanks for the buttercream advice on Not So Humble Pie! I had decided just to go along with it anyway to be honest, but if you already do it... Well, now I have no fear!

Hey Mr. P! My pleasure. My only other bit of advice is to use real butter - not margarine. In this style of "swiss meringue" buttercream, margarine did not work well for me. Good luck!
